How to Choose Your Meal Plan
Start with your normal Studio Era calorie target.
Add an additional 300–500 calories per day to that number.
Select a mal plan that matches your new calorie target.
If not using a meal plan, simply aim to consume an extra 300–500 calories per day beyond your recommended target in the app.
Listen to Your Body
Every woman’s needs are different. Hunger cues, energy levels, and milk supply can all help guide you toward the right balance.
