Charged after cancellation

If you cancelled your subscription but were still charged, do not worry. This usually happens when a duplicate account was created by mistake.

Most often, this is caused by using a different email to log in than the one used to purchase your subscription. Even a small typo such as .con instead of .com can cause the app to treat you as a brand new user. When that happens, you may see the plan selection screen again. If you sign up again, it creates a second subscription.

This means that even if you cancel one subscription, another may still remain active.


How to fix this

Here's how to fix this:

  1. Open the chat and send us a message saying cancelled-charged

  2. A team member will check your account for duplicate subscriptions

  3. If a duplicate is found, we will refund the unused payment

Refunds usually take seven to ten business days to process and appear in your payment account.
