If the app is acting like you are a new user and asking you to choose a plan, but you already have a subscription, it usually means your login email does not match the email used to purchase your subscription.
If that happens, the app cannot find your subscription and may prompt you to purchase another one.
Check Your Email:
Make sure the email you use to log in has no spelling mistakes. Even a single incorrect letter can create a separate account.
Check your inbox for a welcome email from [email protected]. If you received it, that is the email tied to your subscription. Make sure you are using this email to log in.
If you did not receive a welcome email, there may have been a mistake when entering your email during subscription.
