If your meal plan looks the same each day, don't worry. You are not limited to just one option. Each meal, such as breakfast, lunch, or dinner, has up to 8 different options to choose from.
The meals appear by default, but you can swap them with just one tap.
To view them:
Tap the Swap button on any meal.
Scroll through the available options.
Tap an option to swap it into your plan.
You can swap as often as you like. Even if your plan looks the same at first, there is plenty of variety built in.
