Need to customize your meal plan? The Meal Planner lets you swap meals and add individual recipes. Plus, planning ahead helps keep your grocery list on track.
Here's how to use it.
How to Access the Meal Planner
Go to Home, scroll down to “More,” and tap Meal Planner.
Adding a Meal Plan
If you don't have a meal plan scheduled yet, check out Which Meal Plan Should I Choose?
Once you have a meal plan scheduled, you can customize which meals you want at each meal slot.
How to Swap Meals in Your Plan
Want to switch up your meals for the week? Here’s how to do it:
Tap the day you want to customize.
2. Tap the Swap button for the meal slot (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.).
3. Tap the (+) next to the recipe you want to add.
4. Tap the checkmark icon next to the recipe you want to remove.
5. Swipe down to close the menu.
And just like that, your new recipe is scheduled for that meal slot.
How to Restore a Day
If you’ve swapped meals and want to go back to your default plan:
All meals for that day will go back to your original recipes.
Adding Individual Recipes (Without a Meal Plan)
If you don’t have a full meal plan yet, you can add individual recipes from the library:
Tap the day you want to add a recipe.
Tap the chef hat icon to browse the recipe library.
Choose the recipe you want to schedule.
4. Tap Add.
Your recipe will now be scheduled on this day..
Adding Foods
You can also tap + Add Food to search the food library and add specific foods to your schedule.
