The shopping list feature makes it easy to gather everything you need for your meal plan. Follow a few simple steps to create your list and keep your shopping organized.
Steps to Create Your Shopping List
Open your Nutrition dashboard by tapping the tile.
Tap the shopping basket icon in the top right corner.
Select the period you are shopping for by tapping This Week.
Choose your desired dates.
Select the recipes you want to shop for by tapping Manage Food Alternatives.
If you plan to eat the same breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, keep Same alternative for all days selected. Then choose your recipes and tap Save.
If you plan to have different options for each day, select Different alternatives for different days. Choose each recipe for each meal on each day and tap Save when finished.
Now you can check off your list as you shop.
You can hide checked items by tapping the icon in the top right corner. This keeps your list tidy and easy to navigate as you continue shopping.
Note: The shopping list feature is available only when you are using a meal plan.
