Tired of guessing what to eat and not seeing results? A meal plan removes the guesswork and makes fat loss simple. It helps you stay consistent, hit your macros, and keep portions on track without the stress of figuring it out every day.
Logging and tracking your meals becomes effortless when everything is planned for you. Here’s how to use your meal plan for the best results.
Access your meal plan
From your home dashboard, tap the Nutrition tile.
Select Meal Plan from the bottom menu.
Tap the Swap button to choose a meal you would like to enjoy.
Select your meal or recipe.
Choose the number of servings you want to make and follow the instructions to prepare your meal.
If you are meal prepping or cooking for someone else, adjusting the number of servings will automatically update the ingredient amounts to match your chosen portion size.
After enjoying your serving, log it by confirming that 1 serving is selected and tap Add.

Note: You can't log or swap your meals ahead of time. You’ll only be able to swap and log them at the time you’re actually logging.
Track Your Progress
Your calories and macros will update in your Nutrition dashboard and food diary. This shows what you have consumed for the day and how many calories you have left.
