This guide will help you understand how to save and log your go-to recipes in seconds.
Follow these steps to quickly create and save your meals so you can log them instantly whenever you want.
Go to an empty day in your calendar and select Nutrition.
Add all the ingredients in your meal to your Food Diary. our entry will look something like the following.
Record your macros (protein, carbs, fats) as you will need these in the next steps.
Scroll down and tap the + Add Food button.
Tap the plus (+) icon in the top right corner to create a new meal.
Name your meal something easy to remember.
Set the serving name (for example, “1 plate” or “1 bowl”).
Leave the Unit and Size fields blank.
Enter the total macros of your meal.
Tap Save.
That’s it! Your meal is now saved and ready to log instantly under My Food.
