Which Meal Plan Should I Choose?

Sick of second-guessing every meal and not seeing results? A meal plan removes the stress of eating by giving you a clear path to your goals. It helps you stay consistent, hit your macros, and keep portions on track without daily guesswork.

Here’s how to pick the plan that fits you best:

  1. Open the Explore tab in the bottom menu bar.

  2. Tap Nutrition at the top.

  3. Choose a meal plan. We recommend selecting the one closest to your Target Calories, based on your onboarding answers.

  4. Tap Add to Schedule.

  5. Select a start date and tap Add to Schedule again.
