Update your DNS settings on iPhone
One simple solution is to change your phone’s DNS to Google’s Public DNS. This helps your device connect more reliably and is used by millions of people worldwide.
This is completely safe. It does not affect your personal data or change anything else on your phone. Here's how you can update your DNS settings:
Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap Wi-Fi
Tap the ⓘ icon next to your current network
Scroll down and tap Configure DNS
Select Manual
Tap the red minus icon next to any existing DNS numbers to delete them
Tap Add Server and enter: 8.8.8.8
Tap Add Server again and enter: 8.8.4.4
Tap Save in the top right
After updating your DNS, close the app completely and then reopen it. It should now work.
