How do I connect my Garmin watch to Studio Era?

Sync your steps using a bridging app

Updated yesterday

The Studio Era app tracks your steps by syncing with Apple Health (on iPhone) or Google Fit (on Android). Garmin watches don’t sync directly with these platforms — but it’s easy to connect using a free bridging app.

Just follow the steps below, based on your phone type:

If you're using an iPhone (Apple Health)

Use the Power Sync for Garmin Connect app

  1. Download Power Sync from the App Store

  2. Open the app and sign in with your Garmin Connect account

  3. Grant permissions to sync steps and activity into Apple Health

  4. Open the Studio Era app → Go to Home → Tap Connect Apple Health

  5. Follow the prompts to allow syncing

✅ Done! Your steps from Garmin will now sync into Studio Era via Apple Health.

If you're using an Android phone (Google Fit)

Use the Health Sync app

  1. Download Health Sync from the Play Store

  2. Open the app and follow the setup prompts

  3. Choose Garmin Connect as the source and Google Fit as the destination

  4. Grant permissions to sync steps

  5. Open the Studio Era app → Go to Home → Tap Connect Google Fit

  6. Follow the prompts to allow syncing

✅ That’s it! Your Garmin steps will now sync into Studio Era via Google Fit.
