The Studio Era app tracks your steps by syncing with Apple Health (on iPhone) or Google Fit (on Android). Samsung Galaxy watches don’t sync directly with these platforms — but if you’re using an Android phone, there’s a simple workaround.
⚠️ Using an iPhone?
Unfortunately, Samsung Health doesn’t sync with Apple Health — so there’s no reliable way to connect a Samsung Galaxy Watch to Studio Era on iPhone.
To track steps with Studio Era, we recommend using a wearable that supports Apple Health (like Apple Watch or Fitbit with Power Sync).
If you're using an Android phone
Here’s how to connect your Samsung Galaxy Watch via Google Fit:
Make sure Samsung Health is set up and syncing with your Galaxy Watch
Download Health Sync from the Google Play Store
Open Health Sync and follow the setup steps
Choose Samsung Health as the source
Choose Google Fit as the destination
Grant all permissions when prompted
Once that’s done:
Open the Studio Era app
Go to the Home tab
Tap Connect Google Fit and follow the prompts
That’s it! Your Samsung Galaxy Watch steps will now sync into Studio Era via Google Fit.
Still not working?
Make sure your phone and watch are connected and syncing properly
Reopen Health Sync and confirm it’s still active
Double-check that Studio Era is connected to Google Fit
