Exciting Update!
A seamless, built-in feature for adding, saving, and logging meals is coming your way in Q1! 🎉 Until then, we’ve got a simple workaround that works wonderfully—just follow a couple of extra steps.


Go to an empty day ahead in your calendar and Select Nutrition.

Add all the ingredients in your meal to your Food Diary. Your entry will look something like the following.

Record your macros (protein, carbs, fats) as you'll need to use these shortly.

Now scroll down and tap the + Add Food Button.


Tap the plus (+) icon in the top right corner to create a new meal.

  • Name your meal—something easy to remember.

  • Set the Serving name (e.g., “1 plate,” “1 bowl”).

  • Leave the Unit and Size fields blank.

  • Enter the total macros of your meal (the ones you recorded earlier).

  • Tap Save.

Thats it! Now this regular meal of yours is ready to log at an instant underneath My Food.
