Updated over 6 months ago

There are 3 main ways to log your nutrition with Studio Era. The first is by choosing a recipe from the On-demand section. The second is by searching a food in the Food Library, and the third is by Scanning the barcode of a packaged food. We'll show you all three methods below.

If you're on a meal plan you can learn to track your plan here.

Option 1. Log a recipe from the On-demand library

Start by hitting the Nutrition block.

Then hit Recipes in the bottom right hand corner.

Alternatively, you can select Explore from the bottom menu bar.

And then select Nutrition from the top menu.

Now let's choose a recipe by clicking on one.

Select how many servings you would like to make, then follow the instructions to create your meal.

Note:

  • The ingredient quantities will adjust to how many servings you would like to create. This helps if you want to meal prep for the days ahead or if you are making the recipe for someone else or the whole family.

When you have eaten your serving, log it by ensuring '1 serving' is selected and hit Add.

Notice your calories and macros accumulate on your home dashboard. This show's you what you have consumed for the day.

And to see a more detailed overview of your nutrition for the day, have a look inside your food diary by hitting your Nutrition block from the home dashboard.

Option 2. Search Food Library

Hit your Nutrition block from your home dashboard.

Select + Add Food from the the appropriate meal time.

Search your food in the library and then make sure you hit Search "food" in food library.

Note:
You will need to select Search "food" in food library after entering you food in the search bar. This step is often overlooked.

Now your results will be returned as shown below.

If no foods are returned, select the All Food tab to show more results.

Select your food item.

Now make sure grams is selected and enter the weight of your food and hit Add.

Reminder:

  • You'll need a food scale to weigh your food for accurate tracking.

Finalise your entry by hitting Add to Lunch/Meal.

Option 3. Log food from barcode

Select the meal plan category you would like to add your food to.

Select the barcode scanning icon in the top right

Point your phone at any food barcode and it will capture the macros and calories of the product.

Note:

  • This feature is still in beta and doesn't always return perfectly accurate data. so please double check the package.
