Tired of guessing what to eat and still not seeing results? A meal plan takes out the guesswork, making fat loss simple. It helps you stay consistent, hit your macros, and keep portions on track—without the stress of figuring it out daily.

Plus, logging and tracking your meals becomes effortless when everything is planned for you. Here’s how to use yours for the best results.

Activate meal plan

Select a meal plan if you haven't already.

Access Your Meal Plan

From your home dashboard, tap the Nutrition tile.

Select Meal Plan from the bottom menu.

Hit the swap button to choose a meal you'd like to enjoy.

Now select your meal/recipe.

Select how many servings you would like to make, then follow the instructions to create your meal.

If you’re meal prepping or cooking for someone else, you can adjust the recipe size by selecting the number of servings you want to make. This will automatically update the ingredient amounts to match your chosen portion size.

When you have enjoyed your serving, log it by ensuring '1 serving' is selected and hit Add.

Notice your calories and macros accumulate in your nutrition dashboard/diary. This show's you what you have consumed for the day and how many calories you have left as well.

You will also see you daily nutrition targets and logging on your home dashboard.

Meal plans simplify your nutrition. Stick to them strictly for best results, but if you eat other meals learn how to log them here. 👇

FAQ: Why are my meal plan macros different to my recommended macros?

The macros shown in your meal plan are averages based on the available recipes in the plan, and you’ll have 8 options for each meal, each with slightly different macros. Depending on which meals you select throughout the day, your macros will vary – and that’s perfectly fine!

Some days, you may prefer meals higher in carbs, while other days, you might opt for more protein-heavy options. This flexibility allows you to tailor your intake to how you’re feeling. While your exact macros might shift day-to-day, rest assured that any combination you choose from your meal plan will still keep you within an optimal range.
