And the best part? Tracking your meals becomes effortless when everything is already laid out for you. Here’s how to pick the plan that fits you best.
Go to the Explore tab on the bottom menu bar.
Select Nutrition from the top menu bar.
Select a meal plan. (We recommend choosing a meal plan that's closest to your Target Calories. These were calculated from your onboarding questions.)
Hit Add to Schedule.
Select a start date and hit Add to Schedule again.
