Logging your food and tracking your nutrition with Studio Era is straightforward. There are three main methods:
1. Choose a recipe from the On-Demand section.
2. Search for a food in the Food Library.
3. Scan the barcode of a packaged food.
Option 1. Choose a recipe from the On-Demand section
Go to your home screen and tap ‘Nutrition.’
Tap Recipes in the bottom right corner.
Alternatively: Tap Explore in the bottom menu bar.
Then, tap Nutrition at the top.
Select a recipe by tapping on it.
Choose the number of servings you want to make. Follow the instructions to prepare your meal.
✏️ Note: Ingredient quantities adjust based on the number of servings. This is helpful for meal prepping or cooking for others.
After eating, ensure ‘1 serving’ is selected and tap Add to log it.
Your calories and macros will update on your home dashboard, showing what you’ve consumed for the day.
For a detailed overview, tap the Nutrition block on the home dashboard to view your food diary.
Option 2. Search for a food in the Food Library
Tap the Nutrition block on your home dashboard.
Tap + Add Food under the appropriate meal time.
Enter the food name in the search bar. Then, tap Search “food” in food library.
✏️ Note: After typing your food, always tap Search “food” in food library. This step is often overlooked.
Now your results will be returned as shown below.
Select your food item.
Now make sure your measurement unit is selected. Enter the weight of your food and then tap Add.
📌 Reminder: Please use a food scale for accurate tracking.
Finalize by tapping Add to [Meal].
Option 3. Scan the barcode of a packaged food
Tap the meal category where you want to add food.
Tap the barcode scanner icon in the top right corner.
Point your phone at the food’s barcode. The app will capture the product’s macros and calories.

Enter the number of grams you’re eating and tap Add.
Tap Add to [Meal] to finalize.
