This guide walks you through all the widgets in your dashboard so you know exactly how they work and how to use them to your advantage.
Workouts / Walks
At the top of your dashboard, you will see your scheduled activity for the day.
On training days, you'll see your scheduled workout.
On rest days, your plan will include a scheduled walk.
Note: For the best experience, play your workout on your laptop or TV by using the screen-share function.
Nutrition
Nutrition is the foundation of your progress. Your dashboard gives you clear daily meal plan with your calorie and macro targets.
Meal Plan Activated - Here you’ll see your daily meals along with your calorie and macro targets. By following your meal plan, you’ll stay on track to meet these targets each day. Getting your nutrition right is often the trickiest part of fat loss, so this is an area you want to focus on.
Meal Plan Not Activated - Your dashboard will display only your calorie and macro targets. These are calculated based on the measurements you shared during onboarding and will automatically update after each check-in to keep them aligned with your progress.
Activity
As you scroll down, you’ll find the Activity section, where you can track your daily steps and log your water intake.
Water - Here you can log your water intake. While keeping track of your water is not drastically important, many ladies find it useful to manage their hydration.
Steps - You can track your daily step count here. Just keep your wearable device on and synced with Studio Era, and you’ll see your steps update and build throughout the day.
