What actually matters, in order
Eat for fat loss. Train for muscle.
You don’t need to optimize everything.
You just need to be consistent with the things that matter most.
When it comes to fat loss, focus on these priorities in this order:
Stay within your calorie target
This is the biggest driver of fat loss.
Aim for a solid protein intake
It doesn’t need to be perfect. Just consistently close to your target.
Follow your meal plan if you have one
If you’re on a meal plan which we highly recommend, macros and calories are already taken care of for you.
Show up for your workouts
Follow what’s programmed. You don’t need to add more.
Get your daily steps
Steps support fat loss without adding stress or burnout.
You do not need to perfectly hit fats or carbs.
If calories and protein are on track, the rest usually falls into place.
Consistency beats perfection every time.
Your dashboard
Your home dashboard is designed to guide you day by day.
Think of it as your daily checklist, already prioritized for you.
It shows:
Your workout target for today
Your nutrition target for today
Your step target for today
Most days, all you need to do is open your dashboard and follow what’s there.
Nutrition
How to approach it without stress?
Nutrition tracking is a tool, not a test.
A few important reminders:
Consistency matters more than precision
One meal doesn’t make or break anything

How to use your meal plan
If you’re on a meal plan, so much of the thinking is already done for you.
Log your own food without a meal plan
If you’re not following a meal plan, you can still track easily.
Workouts
Studio Era workouts aren’t about doing more.
They’re about doing what matters.
We train to build and maintain muscle, not exhaust you or burn you out.
You don’t need to:
Train every day
Stack extra workouts
Punish yourself for what you eat
Choosing the best way to train
Inside Studio Era, there are two structured ways to train: workout programs and challenges. Both are awesome and lay everything out for you. You can simply follow what’s scheduled on your dashboard:
Workout programs
Workout programs run for 6–8 weeks and are designed for long-term progress.
You choose how often you train:
3, 4, or 5 days per week
Your workouts are scheduled for you, so you can simply follow what’s on your dashboard and focus on showing up consistently.
Challenges
Challenges run for 14–30 days and are designed to help you build momentum or reset your routine.
They follow a simple structure:
Workouts are scheduled every other day
You don’t need to decide anything, you just follow the plan, stay consistent, and finish strong.
If you prefer flexibility, you can also choose individual workouts from the workout library based on the body part or workout style you want that day.
If you’re unsure where to start, a workout program or challenge is the easiest way to stay consistent and see results.
How to make your workouts easier
One of the best upgrades you can make is playing workouts on your TV.
It helps you stay focused and follow along more easily:
Daily movement
Steps play a big role in fat loss and long-term consistency.
They:
Increase daily calories burned without spiking hunger or adding fatigue.
Enhance recovery, lower stress and improve overall health and wellbeing.

Check-ins: tracking real progress
Check-ins help you track progress over time using:

Progress photos
Sometimes the scale doesn’t move, but photos and measurements show change. That’s why check-ins matter.
You’ll be prompted to complete a check-in every 7 days.
