On-demand workouts let you choose and train whenever it fits your schedule. Here’s how to get started.
Visit the On-demand library
Tap Explore from the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select your workout
Make sure Workouts is selected in the top menu. Scroll down to choose a category, then scroll across to pick the workout you’d like to do.
Start your workout
Tap Start to begin your session.
Finish your workout
When your workout ends, rate how difficult the session was using the sliding scale, then tap Done.
Tip: For the best experience, play your workout on your smart TV or laptop.
