How to use a workout program

This guide will walk you through how to activate and use a workout program in Studio Era.


Activate a workout program

To make the most out of the workout program, you'll need to activate it first. This ensures your schedule is set up and ready to guide you through each workout.

  1. Start by hitting Select a Program from your home dashboard or tap Explore and go to Workouts in the On-demand library.

  2. Choose a program, you can pick 3, 4, or 5-day version depending on your preference.

  3. Once you've chose your workout program, tap Add to Schedule.

  4. Select your start date and tap Add to Schedule again.

How to use your workout program

Your dashboard will now show you your scheduled activity every day. You'll have either a workout or walk to complete. Click on it when you're ready to start.

Scheduled Workout

  1. Tap the workout tile on your dashboard when you are ready.

  2. Tap Start to begin and then tap Continue.

  3. When you finish, your workout summary will appear. Tap Continue.

Now you have your workout summary, review it and Share Story to inspire others on Instagram, then press Done to complete.

Note:

  • If you want to track active energy and heart rate, start a workout on your Apple Watch, Fitbit, or another supported wearable before you tap Continue. Studio Era will sync the data and save it to your workout history.

  • If you started a workout on your wearable or health app, stop it first before pressing Continue.


Scheduled walk

  1. Tap on the Walk tile from your dashboard when you are ready.

  2. Tap Start to begin and then tap Continue.

  3. Your walk will now begin. The timer will guide you through the required walking time for your program.

  4. When you're done, your walking summary will appear. Tap Continue.

Now you have your walk summary review it and Share Story to inspire others on Instagram, then press Done to complete.

Note:

  • If you want to track active energy and heart rate, start a workout on your Apple Watch, Fitbit, or another supported wearable before you tap Continue. Studio Era will sync the data and save it to your workout history.

  • If you started a workout on your wearable or health app, stop it first before pressing Continue.


Remove your current workout program

If you’d like to switch or start a new program, you’ll first need to remove your current one. Here’s how:

  1. Tap Explore at the bottom of the app.

  2. Select Workouts from the top menu.

  3. Find your current program, it will have an Active tag.

  4. Scroll all the way to the bottom.

  5. Tap the option to Remove or Clear Current Schedule.

Once removed, you can choose and start a new program anytime from the Explore tab.
