In this article, we’ll guide you through stopping your workout program and picking it back up later without losing your place.
Find your current spot
Locate the current week and day of your program. This information is available from your dashboard.
Save your progress
Make a note of the week and day. You can take a screenshot, add it to your favorites, or write it in your notes. You’ll need this when you return to the program.
Resume your program
To return to your workout program, follow the steps provided below:
Go to the Explore library and select the program you want to continue.
Tap Add to Schedule.
Hit the pencil icon in the bottom right corner to choose where to start/resume your program.
Select the same week and day where you stopped and tap Proceed.
Choose the date you want to activate/resume your program on and hit Add to Schedule.
Your program will now pick up right where you left off, keeping your fitness journey on track.
