How to Use the Workout Planner

Want to move your workouts to different days or see your week at a glance? The Workout Planner lets you schedule workouts, move them around, and plan ahead. Here's how to use it.


How to Access the Workout Planner

Go to Home, scroll down to "More," and tap Workout Planner.


Add Workouts

Tap the (+) button to browse your workout library. You can schedule:

  • On-demand workouts (one workout for one day)

  • Full workout plans (multi-week schedules)

  • Your favorites (workouts you've bookmarked)

Important: Scheduling a New Workout Plan

​If you schedule a new workout plan, it will replace your existing plan starting on the day you schedule it.

Individual workouts can be added alongside your plan without replacing anything.


How to Move a Workout

  1. Tap the workout you want to move

  2. Select "Move" from the popup

  3. Choose the new date

  4. Tap "Move Workout" to confirm


How to Remove a Workout

  1. Tap the workout you want to remove

  2. Select "Remove" from the popup

Note: You can only remove workouts you added yourself, not workouts that are part of a workout plan.


How to Restore a Workout

If you moved a workout by mistake:

  1. Tap the workout you want to restore

  2. Select "Restore" from the popup
