Keep all your workouts on track even the ones you do outside the app! From running and cycling to yoga or any other activity, logging them is quick and easy.
Just follow the steps below to make sure every workout counts toward your progress
1. From your Home
Scroll down on your Home screen until you see the “Log Other Workout” section.
2. Select your Workout
Tap on the workout you want to log from the list of available options.
3. Enter your details
Once you’ve selected your workout or activity, log your progress, including:
Date
Start time
Duration
Distance
Metrics
Intensity
Optional feedback
Kindly enter the following details for your workout through Date, Start Time, Duration, and Distance.
Make sure to enter your workout details along with your metrics.
4. Save your other workouts
Then click Save.
Your progress will automatically appear on your Home screen.
This makes it easy to track all your workouts, even those outside the Studio Era app programs.
