Challenges are a fun way to stay motivated. They work like workout programs but are shorter, often more intense, and even more exciting when you do them alongside friends.
Here’s how to start:
Pick your challenge
From your dashboard, tap Explore, then select Workouts.
Choose your challenge
Scroll through the list and pick the challenge you’d like to join.
Add to schedule
Tap Add to Schedule.
Select your start date
Choose the date you want to begin, then tap Add to Schedule again.
