Gift cards, discounts, and coupons can only be redeemed through web purchases, not through the app store.
After selecting a product or membership to purchase, you will enter your email and then arrive at the payment page.
From here, click Add Code.
Enter your gift card or coupon code and select Apply.
Continue to checkout.
