For the best results, we recommend having the following:
A heavy pair of dumbbells, around 15 pounds or 7 kilograms
A medium pair of dumbbells, around 9 pounds or 4 kilograms
A light pair of dumbbells, around 4 pounds or 2 kilograms
A booty band
A sturdy chair
No Equipment?
You can still get started with our effective bodyweight workouts. They are designed to deliver results even without equipment.
