What Equipment Do I Need?

For the best results, we recommend having the following:

  • A heavy pair of dumbbells, around 15 pounds or 7 kilograms

  • A medium pair of dumbbells, around 9 pounds or 4 kilograms

  • A light pair of dumbbells, around 4 pounds or 2 kilograms

  • A booty band

  • A sturdy chair

No Equipment?
You can still get started with our effective bodyweight workouts. They are designed to deliver results even without equipment.
