What equipment do I need?

Equipment you’ll need for Studio Era workouts

Most Studio Era workouts use a small number of simple, at-home equipment pieces.

Before getting started, we recommend checking that you have (or can access) the following:

Dumbbells

  • Light: 4–5 lb / 2 kg

  • Medium: 9–10 lb / 4–5 kg

  • Heavy: 15–20 lb / 7–10 kg

Other equipment

  • A booty band

  • A yoga block

  • A workout mat

If you already have these, you’re all set.






Note:

  • You don’t need these exact products, they’re just examples

  • Any similar equipment you’re comfortable using will work

  • Brands, prices, and availability can vary by country

  • Equipment can take a few days to arrive, so it’s a good idea to check this early
