In this article we'll show you how to stop your workout program and come back to it later.
Step 1. Locate current place in program
Locate the current week and day of your program. This information is available from your dashboard.
Step 2. Store info safely
Record the week and day somewhere safe. You can screenshot and add to favourites, or simply write it in your notes. You will need this when resuming your program.
Step 3. Resuming you program
Go to the workout programs in the Explore library and select the same program that you would like to resume.
Hit Add to schedule.
Hit the pencil icon in the bottom right hand corner to choose where to start/resume your program.
Choose the same week and day that you stopped your program on to resume where you finished and hit Proceed.
Choose the date you want to activate/resume your program on and hit Add to Schedule.
