How to use a Workout Program

In this article we'll show you how to activate and use a workout program.

1. Activate Workout Program

Start by hitting Select a Program from your home dashboard.

Or... Start by hitting Explore from your home dashboard.

Then select Workouts from the On-demand library

Now choose a program. Choose either a 3, 4 or 5 day version of your liking.

Note:

  • Take our quiz to get your program recommendation.

Hit Add to schedule.


Choose your start date and hit Add to Schedule again.

2. How to use your workout program

Your dashboard will now show you your scheduled activity every day. You'll have either a workout or walk to complete. Click on it when you're ready to start.

Scheduled Workout

Click on the workout tile from your dashboard when you are ready.

Select Start to begin workout.

Now hit Continue.

Optional:

  • If you want to track active energy and heart rate during the workout, start a workout on your apple watch, Fitbit or other health app supported wearable before you hit Continue. We'll sync the workout data from your wearable and store it within Studio Era's finished workout data.


Your workout has now begun. For the ultimate experience, play your workout on your TV or laptop screen.

When complete, your workout summary will appear. Firstly hit Continue.

Optional:

  • If you started a workout on your wearable or health app in beginning, now is the time to stop it before pressing Continue.

Now we have your workout summary. Press Share Story to inspire others on Instagram. And then press Done to complete your workout.

Scheduled Walk

Click on the Walk tile from your dashboard when you are ready.

Select Start to begin workout.

Now hit Continue.

Optional:

  • If you want to track active energy and heart rate during the walk, start a workout on your apple watch, Fitbit or other health app supported wearable before you hit Continue. We'll sync the workout data from your wearable and store it within Studio Era's finished walk data.

Your walk has now begun. The timer will help you follow the amount of walking required by your program schedule.

When complete, your walking summary will appear. Firstly hit Continue.

Optional:

  • If you started a workout on your wearable or health app at the beginning of your walk, now is the time to stop it before pressing Continue.

Now we have your walk summary. Press Share Story to inspire others on Instagram. And then press Done to complete your walk.
