Helloooooooo & welcome! Please follow the onboarding process outlined below and get ready to bleed confidence! It will take just 5 minutes and it will make all the difference.

Step 1. Onboarding

Start by downloading the Studio Era app.

Enter your account email and create your password.

Complete your personalized onboarding questionnaire. Here you’ll input things like age, height and weight so we can recommend the appropriate nutrition plan.



Step 2. Join the Studio Era community

Hit the button and enter your account email to join the Community.

Open the invitation sent to your inbox and hit JOIN GROUP.

Quickly create your free Skool account. Or log in if you already have one. (This is where the community is hosted)

Now head to the [WELCOME] post, pinned at the top of the feed, and watch the community intro video (2 mins). Here is where I'll give you a quick rundown on how to get the most out of the community.


Step 3. Connect your step tracker

Note:

  • Not mandatory. However, if you have the capabilities to track your steps with a smart watch or smart phone, please do so and sync it up to Studio Era. Walking will be a powerful tool and I'll be giving you a minimum step count every day. Not only will this help you burn fat, but it will also increase your longevity and improve your mental well being.

Select Home from the bottom menu bar and then hit Connect Apple Health / Fitbit or Connect Google Fit / Fitbit for Android users.

Select the app which you will sync your wearable to and follow any setup prompts.


Step 4. Equipment

My follow-along home workouts are like nothing you have ever done before, so get ready for an absolute blast!!!! For the best results I suggest getting the following:

βœ“ Heavy dumbbell pair - 15+lbs (7+kg)

βœ“ Medium dumbell pair - 9+lbs (4+kg)

βœ“ Light dumbbell pair - 4+lbs (2+kg)

βœ“ Booty band

βœ“ Chair

Note:

  • Equipment is available at amazing prices from places like Amazon.

  • These weights are a great starting point, however please choose heavier when you are ready too.

  • Don't have any equipment yet, but ready to start? No problem, order your equipment and get started right away with my bodyweight workouts. You can find them in the 'On Demand' library. Once your equipment arrives, move into your program.


5. Pick a meal plan

Go to the Explore tab on the bottom menu bar.

Select Nutrition from the top menu bar.

Select a meal plan. (We recommend choosing a meal plan that's closest to your Target Calories. These were calculated from your onboarding questions.)

Hit Add to Schedule.

Select a start date and hit Add to Schedule again.


πŸ”₯ Hot as Hell Challenge πŸ”₯

With steps 1-4 complete you're now ready for the Hot as Hell Challenge.

The Hot as Hell Challenge workout schedule will become available on September 29th under Workout Programs in the app. To participate in the challenge, add the challenge to your schedule at this time, and select September 30th as your start date. This will load your workouts and walks every day for the challenge.

But don’t worry, I will reach out to you again just before the challenge begins to remind you how to do this. 😊


Want to roll into the challenge like an absolute superstar??

Get a head start with a workout program before the challenge kicks off. You can resume this workout program when the challenge finishes.

Step 6. Pick a workout program


Start by hitting Select a Program from your home dashboard.

Now choose your program. Choose either a 3, 4 or 5 day version of your liking.

Hit Add to schedule.

Choose your start date and hit Add to Schedule again.


Step 7. Understanding your dashboard

Now you are ready to rumble. Let me show you how your plan will look every day.


Workouts

At the top of your dashboard, The first thing you'll see is either your scheduled workout or scheduled walk if its a rest day. This is your required exercise for the day. Click on it when you're ready to start.

Note:

  • For an awesome workout experience, play your workout on your laptop or TV by using the screen-share function.

Nutrition

Next you'll see your daily meal plan with your calorie and macro targets. As long as you follow your meal plan, you'll hit your targets nicely every day. Getting your nutrition right is often the trickiest part of fat loss, so this is an area you want to focus on. Get the most out of Studio Era by learning how to use and log your meal plan effectively.

Water

As you scroll down further, you'll see where you can log your water intake. While keeping track of your water is not drastically important, many women find it useful to manage their hydration.

Steps

Finally, you'll see your step count for the day. As long as your wearable is on and synced to Studio Era, you'll watch your steps climb throughout the day here.

Amazing! Thats the foundation sorted. You now have a strong and actionable plan. The next thing is learning to log your food so you can hit your nutrition targets perfectly.
