You can connect your Samsung Galaxy Watch to Studio Era through Health Connect if you’re using an Android phone.
Here’s how to connect your Samsung Galaxy Watch via Health Connect:
Make sure Samsung Health is set up and syncing with your Galaxy Watch.
Download Health Connect from the Play Store.
Open Health Connect and tap Get Started.
Select App permissions.
Choose Samsung Health from the list of apps.
Enable Allow all or manually select the health data you want to sync.
Once this is complete:
Open the Studio Era app.
Go to the Account tab.
Select Connected Apps.
Tap Health Connect and follow the prompts.
That's it! Your Samsung Galaxy Watch steps will now sync into Studio Era through Health Connect.
Note: Samsung Health does not sync with Apple Health, so there is no reliable way to connect a Samsung Galaxy Watch to Studio Era on iPhone.
To track steps with Studio Era on iPhone, we recommend using a wearable that supports Apple Health, such as Apple Watch or Fitbit (with Power Sync).
Still not working?
Make sure your phone and watch are connected and syncing properly
Reopen Health connect and confirm it’s still active
Make sure Samsung Health permissions allow connection to Health Connect
Restart your phone. Sometimes you need to do this to get the data flowing.
