Starting over (again)
If you're frustrated because you've tried everything and nothing sticks, you're in the right place. Our approach is built for consistency without perfection. One bad meal doesn't derail everything. You'll get clear, step-by-step guidance so you can finally stop the cycle of starting over.
Beginners or getting back into it
New to strength training? Haven't worked out in years? No problem. We have beginner-friendly programs (3-5 sessions per week, 6-8 weeks). You don't need experience, just the willingness to show up.
Women 50+ and menopause
A huge part of our community is navigating menopause and post-menopause. We get it. Your body changed, what used to work doesn't anymore, and it's frustrating as hell.
Our programs focus on what actually works for your stage of life: sustainable nutrition, strength training that builds (not depletes), and realistic expectations. No starvation, no pills. Just a clear path forward with women who understand what you're going through.
Managing health conditions
We can't provide medical advice, and you should always consult your doctor before starting any new fitness or nutrition program. This is especially important if you're managing health conditions, recovering from surgery, or taking medications. That said, many women managing hormone changes or chronic conditions have found our approach helpful when working alongside their healthcare provider.
You can adjust portions, modify workouts, and go at your own pace. We're about consistency, not perfection.
Dietary restrictions or allergies
Our program is built around high-protein nutrition, which is core to how we help women build strength and lose fat. While we can't customize meal plans for specific diets, some of our recipes can be adapted if you have common restrictions like gluten or egg intolerance.
You can also use the tracking tools inside the app to build your own high-protein meals that fit your dietary needs while still hitting your macro and calorie targets.
Busy schedules
No gym? No time for elaborate meal prep? We built this for real life. Our workouts are follow-along videos you can stream on your TV, phone, or tablet. No commute, no waiting for equipment, no wasted time. Just press play and train at home with a few pairs of dumbbells and a booty band.
Download sessions in advance to access them offline when you're traveling or don't have Wi-Fi. Even short sessions count.
You'll get straightforward meal ideas (not complicated recipes), practical guidance from Coach Maddie, and a supportive community that gets how hard it is to balance everything.
