Open your Nutrition dash by hitting the tile.
Select the shopping basket icon in the top right corner
Select the period you're shopping for by hitting This Week.
Now choose your period.
Now we'll choose the recipes you want to shop for by selecting Manage Food Alternatives.
If you plan to eat the same breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, keep Same alternative for all days selected. Now choose your recipes and click Save.
If you intend to have different breakfast, lunch and dinner options throughout the period, select Different alternatives for different days. With this option you'll need to specifically choose each recipe for each meal on each day. Hit Save when you're done.
Now you can check off your list as you shop.
Hit the icon in the top right corner to hide all checked off items. This will keep your list tidy and easy to navigate as you continue to shop.
